Fun with Sara and Stella

Yesterday we met Sara and Stella at the mall for lunch and playtime. The kids had a great time! I always enjoy my chats with Sara, and Stella is the sweetest, cutest girl.

I think Jack really loved being able to crawl around the kid's play area.

I let Will throw some pennies in the fountain before we left. He said he wished for The Lion King......I have been explaining that I can't get it on DVD for him until Oct. 4th. He has memorized all the words to "Hakuna Matata" and we listen to it over and over again in the car.

Such a fun afternoon!

11 Months

Jack turned 11 months old yesterday! His birthday party invitations have been sent and we are in party planning mode for the next 3 weeks. I can't believe he is going to be one soon! Here is what Jack is up to at 11 months.......

Sleeps: 12+ hours at night......still 2 naps during the day

Eats: pretty much anything, except some veggies I made for him recently. He loves plain oatmeal, bananas, applesauce, blueberries, chicken and cheerios.

Likes: his big brother, Elmo, any kind of car/truck, he LOVES baths, and playing with the dogs.

Dislikes: I honestly can't think of anything specific....he really only fusses when he is tired or hungry. He is a happy baby!

The Lion King

This morning we took Will to see The Lion King. It was his first time to see a movie in the theater and he did awesome! He sat in his seat the entire time and was really into the movie. We ended up having to see it in 3D, and he wore his glasses about 50% of the time. He is a big fan of Pumba the warthog and Simba. I wanted to take him by the Disney store after the movie so he could pick out a little something, but we ran out of time......so I am taking him tomorrow for sure!!

Will's new thing is to line all his cars up at night...and he sleeps with them on his bed. So funny...

They finished our floors at the new house on Thursday, and Mike went by and took this picture from outside the window. They locked up the house on Thursday night to let the floors dry and we can't get in the house until tomorrow. Can't wait to see them!

Football Fun

On Friday night Will went to his first high school football game with Mike. They met Dan and Mason at the game and everyone had a great time! Mike took these pictures at the game, I love them!!!

Last night we went over to Heather and Dan's for dinner and to watch part of the Cowboy game.....these guys had fun playing together!

First Day of Preschool

Will had his first day of preschool yesterday and he did AWESOME! He loves his teacher and told me all about his fun day when I picked him up yesterday afternoon. I was really nervous since we switched to a different church, but I think this place is going to be great for him. I signed up to be the head room mom, so I am pretty excited about that! They have tons of class parties, and a big Christmas fundraiser that I am going to help with.

Will had a perfect "report card" on his first day, we are so so proud of him! We love you Will!

Will loves getting cards and letters in the mail....so we got him a "First Day of Preschool" card and it was a big hit.

What we've been up to lately.....

Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather and long weekend! We've been busy running errands and getting ready for Will's first day of preschool tomorrow.

I took the boys to the mall on Friday, and Will got to pick out a new toy from the Disney store..

On Saturday we cheered on the SOONERS! I am so glad it is time for college football...it is the only sport that I care much about! YAY SOONERS!!!!!

We met Gran, Coach and Brady for some swimming at the pool. Will finally decided he liked his arm floaties.

And Jack had a great time swimming and splashing!
