Snow!

Mike had to work the day after Christmas, but luckily my parents were still here to play in the snow with the boys! It was REALLY cold. It was so cold that the snow wouldn't stick together to make a snowman.

We had fun taking a few pictures in the snow.  Then my mom, Jack and I came inside! Too cold!!!

 We had so much fun spending time with all our family over Christmas.  Looking forward to what 2013 brings!!

Christmas Day!

Christmas morning was wonderful! The boys were so excited to see what Santa left them.  We had a great time opening gifts and just being together as a family.  It was a great start to the day. 

Santa went a little crazy with the gifts, but that's ok :)

Will asked Santa for a bike and helmet, Nintendo 3DS XL, Mario games, and the Ninja Turtle Van!  He was VERY excited!!!!!



 Jack got a new workbench, Team Umizoomi toys and a bunch of Legos and Toy Story toys.  They both had a GREAT Christmas morning.

 

 

 

John and Kara got Will a Ninja Turtle sleeping bag! He was thrilled!!!!

 Around 2 pm, the snow started to fall! What a special Christmas Day!!!!

We had a fun time celebrating Christmas with Mike's family that evening.  Then we drove back and checked out all the snow!!!!!!!

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve day, I cooked all morning while the rest of the family did a few last minute errands.

Earlier in the day, Will drew "The north star for Jesus" on our patio.  Sweet boy.

Mike's only request for Christmas Eve dinner was a cherry pie!
 

It's almost Christmas Day!!

Chippy left a note for Will and Jack :) Christmas Eve day was his last day here until next year!

After cooking, we all got ready for the 4 pm service at our church.  Will is dressed and ready to go!

We went to church with my parents and John and Kara.  The service was beautiful and they added the candlelight service to 4 pm this year.  That is my favorite part for sure. 

Jack didn't want to sit through church, so Mike let him walk around and then they ended up on the playground.  Jack also walked around the church saying hi to all the ushers.  So cute.

After church we headed home for dinner.  We looked at some Christmas lights in our neighborhood on the way home. 

The boys put on their matching Christmas Eve jammies and watched Elf on the Shelf! Their favorite!

Then it was time to put the reindeer food out!

Then the boys opened their Christmas Eve gift.  New superhero pjs!

Sunday Before Christmas

Sunday we did some last minute shopping at the mall. We also had lunch there and the boys got to ride the carousel. This was Jack's first time to ride and he LOVED it. He kept saying "Wheeeeee" and smiling.
 

Looks like Will is doing some serious shopping at Nordstrom. Haha.

Sunday afternoon my brother came over to hang out.  He helped us put together a Lego table my parents made for the boys.  Then my great aunt and uncle came over.....and then we had a visit from Aunt Sissy and my cousin, Michelle.  Busy and fun day!

Jack got to go on a little walk before the cold front came through.
