Gymboree Class

On Saturday I took Will to his first Gymboree Play and Learn class. He had a great time! At first he was a little skeptical of everything, but after a few minutes he was crawling all over the place and into everything. We went to the 6-10 month class and I think he was a little too old for it, so I am going to wait and sign him up for the 10-16 month class in a few weeks. Here are some pics of him at class.

Will's First Haircut

Today Will got his first haircut. I can't believe he is growing up so fast! He did great and didn't cry once. I was so proud of him. The girls at the hair salon actually took pictures of him and he is going to be on their website. My little baby model!! I took him to The Kid Salon in Allen and they did a wonderful job.

9 Months Old

Yesterday Will turned 9 months old! We went to the doctor today for his check up and he is doing great. He weighs 19 lbs 3 oz and is 28 inches long. He is in the 30th percentile for weight and 45th for height. His head is in the 90th percentile!! Poor guy has a huge noggin. He is doing great developmentally and has reached all his major milestones. Here is a look at Will's 9 Month Old Life:

-Will loves to crawl all over the place and gets into EVERYTHING. He also pulls himself up to stand.
-Will loves to play with the dogs and thinks they are his best friends.
-His favorite toys are Sophie the Giraffe, any type of ball he can throw, and his fridge DJ.
-His favorite foods are pretty much anything, especially PUFFS!
-He loves taking a bath and playing in the water, but hates getting his pjs on.
-He sleeps 13+ hours at night and only takes about one 30 minute nap per day.
-He is a happy baby and loves everyone!!

Big Boy Car Seat

This weekend Mike put in Will's big boy car seat!! We put his infant car seat up in the attic and I was kinda sad about it. We are going to Arkansas this weekend, so I wanted Will to have more room and not be sqwished while riding in the car. He is still facing rear and probably will for as long as possible. As you can see, Will thinks his new car seat is quite comfy!

Easter Blessings

We had a wonderful Easter yesterday! We went to church with John and Kara, then went to brunch at the Hayward's, then John and Kara came over for dinner. Will did great all day and had lots of fun hanging out with his family. He did great during church and didn't make a sound during the service. I was so proud! I am blessed to have such a sweet baby boy and an amazing husband too. :)

On the MOVE!

Today has been a big day for Will. First, he pulled himself up in his crib this morning...and tonight he started really crawling! I am so excited and also happy that Michael was home from work and got to see him in action. Here is a short video of his crawling. He is moving all over the place now.......and he moves pretty fast!

Time to lower the crib again!

Today I put Will down for a very short nap (actually, he doesn't ever nap, it is crazy) and this is what I saw when I came in his room a few minutes later.

Playdate

Last Friday Will and I met Aunt Heather, Reagan and her daughter Reichly for a picnic and playdate! We had so much fun. It was great to see Will play with Reichly and they really liked each other! Heather brought yummy food for everyone and we are planning to get together again soon. Here are some pictures from the playdate. The black and white photo was taken by Heather and it is currently my favorite picture of Will.

Army Crawl

Will has been able to army crawl for a while now, but I got a video of him crawling today. This post is mainly for my parents so they can see his crawl. Will is also able to put himself into a sitting position now, so I am excited about that! Such a big boy!!

Easter Basket

I had Will's Easter basket monogrammed and just picked it up today. It looks so cute!! My mom sent Will the basket and liner from Pottery Barn Kids. I can't wait for Will's first Easter!
