Sick Little Boy

This weekend turned out to be an interesting one. My parents flew in on Friday for a wedding. We had all types of fun Christmas activities planned. We were able to do a few fun things, but Will ended up getting pretty sick. 

He had a rough night Friday night, so Mike took him to the Urgent Care down the street on Saturday morning.  He ended up needing breathing treatments and chest x-rays to confirm he has viral pneumonia.  Luckily, that is not the bad kind of pneumonia and he is already doing MUCH better.

He was a champ at the Dr.'s office and wasn't scared at all! He was so good and got to go to Toys R Us to pick out a toy! :)
 
I let him wear his "special" ninja turtle shirt to the Dr.  He was excited.

While Mike and Will were gone, my parents got to play with Jack, take him on a walk, and we worked in the yard a bit while Jack played.

Then we made gingerbread man cookies!

Will even decorated one!

 

Sunday we laid low and did a few fun things around the house......We made salt dough ornaments!

 

Hopefully things will be back to normal asap!!! But of course, I am just thankful to have my sweet boys with me.
