Weekend Wrap Up

Hope everyone had a good weekend! We had a wonderful, busy weekend with lots of family time!
My mom came to stay with us on Friday night, and Saturday morning we got up and made green pancakes for St. Patrick's Day.


This guy is walking all over the house, climbing on the furniture, etc. He looks so grown up here!
My mom, Jack and I went shopping and ran errands on Saturday, because we had some very special guests coming to stay with us on Saturday night!

Jackie boy is wearing his green! He is an excellent shopper :)

Mike, Will, Gran and Coach went to Love Field to see the World War 2 airplanes. Will was so excited and couldn't wait to go. He absolutely loved it!

Saturday evening, John and Kara came to stay with us for the night! We haven't seen them since Christmas, so it was very nice to spend time with them!

We made a cookie cake for John to celebrate some exciting news. He received the Howard Hughes Medical Institute grant to do neuroscience research at Columbia University this summer. It is a really BIG deal and we are so proud of him! Can't wait to go visit him in NYC this summer!!

The boys were so thrilled to see Uncle John and Aunt Kara. I wish I had gotten more pictures while they were here. We miss them already!
