Record Snow

Yesterday we had record snow in Dallas. We think we got around 12 inches at our house. The snow is so beautiful, I don't want it to melt! We have had a great time playing in it, Will loves it and so do the dogs. Will cries every time I bring him inside after playing in the snow.....such a little stinker. Pump It Up Jr.

Yesterday we met our friends Reagan and Reichly at Pump It Up Jr. in Plano. Will and Reichly had so much fun, and Reagan and I did too! They have an open play area for toddlers and it is full of bounce houses and slides, etc. Will's favorite was the big slide, I went down the slide with him about 10 times. We were there for almost 2 hours, we had a great time. We are going to go back again for sure. Will was laughing and smiling the whole time!

Tunnel Time

New Favorite Spot

Here is a funny video of Will playing at the mall. I took him up to Willow Bend Mall the other day and he had a blast. They have an awesome play area, it is our new favorite spot. The video was taken on my phone so the quality isn't very good, but its still funny. He was so excited, running around and yelling!

Latest Obsession

Will has recently become OBSESSED with all things Thomas the Train. He loves Thomas the Train books, TV shows, figures, anything! I think he would watch Thomas and Friends all day long if I would let him. Silly boy!

Such a Big Boy

Will is getting to be such a big boy, he has mastered feeding himself an entire container of yogurt. He won't even let us feed it to him anymore. As you can see, things get a little messy when he feeds himself.

New Shirt

Yesterday Will and I went to the mall and I got him this new Elmo shirt at Nordstroms. He loves it and points to all the characters on his shirt and laughs. It is perfect for him to wear when we take him to Sesame Street/Elmo Live next month.

I took these pictures while I was getting him dressed to go to Alexis and Brian's for dinner last night, that it why he has on no pants!

Cayman Islands

Mike and I went to Grand Cayman Island about 10 days ago. It was so fun and a great way to celebrate Mike's 30th birthday. We stayed at the Marriot along the Seven Mile Beach. The beach was amazing, such white sand and clear blue water. We kinda had cloudy weather while we were there, but we made the best of it. I missed Will WAY too much and I was definitely ready to come home and see him. My mom flew down to watch him while we were gone and I know he had so much fun with her. She takes great care of him and he didn't even notice we were gone. Thanks Mom!! Here are some pictures from our trip.

18 Months

Will had his 18 Month Check-up yesterday and the Dr. said he is doing great. He didn't have to get any shots and doesn't have to go back until he is 2. I really can't believe he is 18 months old, it has flown by! Here are his stats:

Weight: 24 lbs. 5 oz. - 30th percentile

Height: 32 1/2 in. - 60th percentile

Interests: Sesame Street, Elmo, Thomas the Train, Gymboree Class, playing outside (he would live outside if he could), going on walks, playing in his new kitchen, books, playing with the dogs, Yo Gabba Gabba, music and dancing

Favorite Foods: bananas, peaches, Chick-Fil-A chicken, and that is about it. He is a pretty picky eater

Belated Birthday Post

Happy 30th Birthday Michael! Yesterday was Mike's birthday and we were so busy I didn't have a chance to post. We got back from the Cayman Islands late on Wednesday night and spent Thursday doing some birthday shopping and unpacking, etc. We also got to go to see my dear friend Sara and her newborn baby Stella at the hospital. She is a beauty!!

We are getting ready for Mike's big 30th Birthday party this weekend.......We love you so much, you are the best husband in the world and the best Daddy to Will!
